The 74th Wagon Train Celebration in Pollock Pines will be held at the Pollock Pines-Camino Community Center, 2675 Sanders Drive, Pollock Pines, CA. This event is a historical re-enactment of the "Great Western Migration". Members of the Community Emergency Radio Association and the El Dorado Amateur Radio Club (EDCARC) Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES) will be staffing an informational booth at this event to answer any questions about the Neighborhood Radio Watch program or about Amateur Radio. The public is encouraged to join this historic journey for fun, food, entertainment, and activities for the kids.
