The Community Emergency Radio Association (CERA) is dedicated to operating in a transparent manner, and posts relevant financial and operational documents to our site as they become available.
CERA is the parent funding organization for the El Dorado County Amateur Radio Club (EDCARC) and the Neighborhood Radio Watch (NRW) program. We've established separate Boards for each to assist CERA in defining and executing the strategy, goals, programs, and activities tailored for each group.

Website Accessibility Policy
Community Emergency Radio Association is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Community Emergency Radio Association
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner if they arise.
