The El Dorado County Amateur Radio Club (EDCARC) invites all members of the public to join our monthly meeting to meet club members and learn more about amateur radio.
The Office of Emergency Services (OES) and El Dorado Animal Control (Lieutenant Lusby’s Office) will be present at the start of the meeting to swear in select members of the EDCARC Amateur Radio Emergency Services team as official El Dorado County Disaster Service Workers (DSWs) who have been trained to work closer in evacuated wildfire areas to help with animal rescue.
