Alan Thompson, CERA's Public Information Officer will be meeting with the San Jose Neighborhood Community Emergency Response Team (SJNCERT) to discuss CERA's approach for managing and expanding El Dorado County's Neighborhood Radio Watch program and synergy with the El Dorado County Amateur Radio Club's (EDCARC) Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) team on planned and unplanned community events and disasters which require radio communications support.
The goal of this meeting includes sharing experiences and lessons learned in the near and longer term.
